SkyRC Brushless Motor Tester Analyzer Tool (Sensored & Sensorless) SK-500020-01

SkyRC Brushless Motor Tester Analyzer Tool (Sensored & Sensorless) SK-500020-01

OVERVIEW
The SkyRC Brushless Motor Analyzer is a precision electronic device that is specially designed for measuring the KV value, RPM, current drawn, motor timing, vibration noise level and checking the function of hall effect sensors of your brushless RC motors. The SkyRC Brushless Motor Analyzer features a 2x16 character LCD that is able to display real time measuring values of either sensor or sensorless brushless RC motors. With an input voltage between 7.4-8.4V, you can easily power it with a typical 2S1P Li-Po pack. The SkyRC Brushless Motor Analyzer measures 80.6mm x 136.5mm x 24.5mm (LxWxH) and includes motor cables, sensor cable, two input power cables (Tamiya-style connector and universal banana-type connectors), and an instruction manual.

Features:

  • KV / VOLT / RPM / AMP
    • KV (RPM per Volt): Show the rotor RPM/Volt at a certain throttle power level.
    • U (VOLT): Show the input voltage to motor checker.
    • RPM (Revolution Per Minutes): Show the rotor revolution at a certain throttle power level.
    • I (AMP): Show the current drawn by the motor at a certain throttle power level.
  • Average Motor Timing
    • MOTOR TIMING: Physical endbell timing, usually between 0 and 70 degrees, requires tools to rotate the sensor board.
  • Noise Level
    • NOISE LEVEL: Poor assembly motor, inferior bearing and unbalanced rotor can generate a vibration. Whenever a motor in air vibrates, it causes compression waves in the air. These waves move away from the motor as sound or noise. Vibration noise of motor is adverse the Performance of motor. By measuring the noise level of motors, you can select the less noise motor. The decibel (dB) is a logarithmic unit used to express noise level in this motor analyzer.
  • Phase A, B and C Sensor Timing
    • Phase A, B and C Sensor Timing: Show the actual timing of three sensor elements.

Experienced Installation Required
Integy products are designed for experienced RC enthusiasts. Unless included with the product itself, most of our products do not include instructions. The purchaser is responsible for any product assembly/disassembly, any set-up and adjustment, and periodic maintenance. If you need help disassembling your stock vehicle, you will need to refer to the instruction manual/exploded parts view of your particular vehicle, as provided by the manufacturer of your vehicle. If you are unable to assemble and/or install a product, please consult your local Integy dealer for assistance.

Assembly and Pre-installation Prep
All products will require some prep out of the package. Some items (shocks, gearboxes, axles, etc.) are assembled for packaging purposes only, and may require standard prep before installation and usage, such as shimming for proper alignment, checking tightness of all components and fasteners, installing your own shock oil, anti-seize, threadlock, or grease. Please be sure to apply threadlock on all metal-to-metal interfaces prior to installation; do not just install the item out of the package and assume they have been prepped correctly. Check, adjust, and set/reset all new items when taken out of the package. Some items may need final adjustment after installation.

Wheel and tire sets may be sold partially assembled for packaging purposes only and require standard wheel/tire prep before installation and usage. All wheels and tires require CA glue (if press-fit style) or separate assembly (if beadlock style) before being used. Wheels and tires are not always pre-glued from the factory (unless specified in the product name or description).

A Note About Hardware
Unless specified, not all products include hardware; if new or different-sized hardware and/or fasteners are included with the upgrade kit, those are meant to replace the factory hardware. Extra hardware, shims, or spacers may be required for some installations. Due to factory supply delays beyond our control, certain products may ship with hardware (screws, washers, etc.) that is different from what is originally shown in the website product photos. Any alternates will be compatible hardware that will not affect the functionality of the product.

1st/3rd-party Compatibility
Certain Integy-branded items replacing OEM parts may not be compatible with another Integy-branded items due to design language.  Some parts may require permanent modification to the vehicle for fitment and may eliminate certain OEM features. Some items may require modification to the vehicle for proper clearance. Parts are for specified usage only. We do not guarantee compatibility with other aftermarket items.

What does "RTR" or "ARTR" Mean?
When a product is labelled RTR ("Ready To Run") it generally means that the vehicle chassis is assembled, and electronics are installed. You may still need some final items for operation (i.e. transmitter alkaline batteries, main battery pack and charger, paint for the body, etc.). When a product is labelled "ARTR" generally this means the same as "RTR" but without an included radio system and/or radio components. Please refer to the product description for additional details; no additional items are included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Product Photo Accuracy
Products show in photos may be updated at the production level and replaced by updated versions; we will always ship the most recent version to the customer. Colors shown in product photos are as close to possible to the actual item; color matching between parts is not guaranteed.
