Integy Replacement Plan

INTEGY REPLACEMENT PLAN OFFER
Broken, worn down products, missing components, and anything else that is not eligible for a warranty can be replaced at a discounted price (from MSRP) under the Integy Replacement Plan. The replacement plan applies to Integy-branded products only. Select spare parts (small components, etc.) may also be available, subject to stock availability. Items purchased from authorized resellers are also be eligible for the Replacement Plan, at our discretion.

WHAT YOU NEED
To qualify for the Replacement Plan:

  • Item to be replaced must be an Integy-branded product.
  • Item was purchased directly through Integy or an authorized Integy reseller.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order ID#, or detailed receipt).
  • Photos of the item to be replaced.

OTHER REPLACEMENT PLAN DETAILS
The Replacement Plan is for complete part numbers only. We do not do partial replacements. If an item you are requesting under the Replacement Plan is out of stock, we may offer an alternate part, subject to availability. Replacement Plan price quotes will include tax and shipping, and payment will be through Paypal request. No Replacement Plan is available for discontinued parts. No Replacement Plan is available for 3rd-party branded products (non-Integy branded). Each replacement is per item (1:1). Please note that not all individual components of larger part numbers are available separately; some may be only available as part of the complete part number only.

OUT OF WARRANTY? SUBMIT A TECH REQUEST
Even if your Integy-branded item is beyond the 30-day warranty window, Integy accepts Tech Requests for (but not limited to) the following Integy product situations:

  • Out-of-warranty product diagnosis, repair, and/or modification(s)
  • Non-Returnable product diagnosis, repair, and/or modification(s)
  • Discontinued product diagnosis, repair, and/or modification(s)
  • Used/damaged/broken product diagnosis, repair, and/or modification(s)

Integy does not offer Tech Request service for the following Integy product situations:

  • Batteries, both pre-assembled or loose cells
  • Shock oils, diff oils, or other fluids
  • Non-repairable items that are replace-only (bent suspension parts, etc.)

Outgoing return shipping/handling cost will be decided after the tech request is completed; this is because some repairs/modifications may require replacement parts and/or labor. Prior to any repair/modification, our techs will contact the customer and present the possible options. For items that cannot be repaired, the customer may be required to cover return shipping costs.
